A whole week dedicated to reminding us to wash our hands properly?? This couldn’t have arrived at a more perfect moment. Bacteria loves to stick with us, and that mainly happens on our hands. By washing thoroughly and correctly, you can make sure you and your loved ones stay safe this season!
When washing hands, make sure you use soap, antibacterial preferred. Then scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds, and don’t forget to get under those fingernails! They hold a lot of bacteria and can go overlooked. Grab a paper towel, as disposable drying methods are cleaner than a cloth towel, dry your hands completely, and then turn off the water. Damp hands can spread 1000 times more bacteria. Be sure not to cough or sneeze in your hands and wash at least once every one-to-two hours.
It’s important to stay cautious of touching your face and mask as this is the quickest way for germs to find their way in.
Stop by the drive-thru so we can stock you up with supplies to stay clean this season, and don’t forget to wash your hands!
Believe it or not, fall and winter holidays are quickly approaching! The CDC has released a list of how to stay safe while celebrating the upcoming holidays.

When breast cancer is detected early, the five-year survival rate is 99%. So, what can you do to get involved?
