I have always been very pleased with Han and his staff at 501 pharmacy! I have a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to fill my prescriptions and they are always ready in a timely matter. The convience of the texting system is probably my favorite, you can text your refil and questions at any time and the staff will respond whenever they reopen!

501 provides superb service in every possible way. My husband and I feel cocooned by the compassionate care and service of Han and his incredible staff. This week we started on the blood pressure monitoring program, and we appreciate yet another personalized opportunity to accentuate our health. Kaleigh, one of the pharmacists, provided excellent information, along with empathy, to get us launched with this new home program. We are deeply grateful for a pharmacy that continues to go above and beyond in promoting wellness and quality of life.

Plain and simple, this has to be one of the single best retail customer service shops in all of Chapel Hill! Han and his team are amazing. They listen to the customer, they go above and beyond what is required or even expected of a Pharmacy. I could not imagine going anywhere else but 501 Pharmacy. This pharmacy is a throwback to days gone by in the best possible way—a true neighborhood pharmacy where it feels like everybody knows you and they bend over backward to give prompt, excellent, and cheerful service. Great compounding and so much cheaper than similar pharmacies in Chapel Hill!

Truly the best pharmacy in the Triangle region, as Han and his staff are wonderful. If you’re doing business with a big chain, I highly suggest you transfer your prescriptions to 501 Pharmacy.
