The inside of 501 Pharmacy is open! Masks are still required—our custom 501 Pharmacy masks are always a great option. 😷 We also have regular surgical masks, KN95 masks, kids’ reusable masks, and isopropyl alcohol available for purchase. Both of our pharmacists are fully vaccinated and our staff is going above and beyond to do all we can to keep you safe. We still need to do everything possible to protect ourselves and our loved ones.

Not ready to come inside, in a rush, or just don’t feel like getting out of the car? Our drive-thru and local delivery services are still available to you. Our drug bug, Ruth, is all cleaned up and ready to serve you. If you see her out making deliveries, give her a wave. Local delivery is free!
Quick Programming Note! We have recently switched wholesalers so don’t be surprised if your medication looks different in size, shape, and color because it may be from a different manufacturer. Feel free to call us at 984-999-0501 to confirm if we do not get a chance to tell you in person when we see you when you come to pick up your prescriptions.
Sign Up to Receive the COVID-19 Vaccine at 501 Pharmacy
At 501 Pharmacy, we’re proud to be able to offer the COVID-19 vaccine as available to those 16 years of age and older. Please sign up online for in-person vaccination at our Chapel Hill pharmacy located at 69 Knox Way, Suite 110, Chapel Hill, NC 27516.
We are offering the Pfizer vaccine, which means you will need to return in three weeks to get your second dose.
Ready to get vaccinated? We are excited to help! We will need ALL FIELDS completed on our Vaccine Intake Form before we can provide vaccination.
