We’re Offering COVID-19 Vaccines to Patients 12 and Up
If you haven’t already gotten your COVID-19 vaccine, you can make an appointment here. We are now vaccinating patients 12 and over. If you book an appointment and need to cancel, please let us know so we can remove it and open up availability for someone else to sign up!
When you are signing up, we will need all fields completed on our Vaccine Intake Form before we can provide vaccination.

Cool off with our Maple View Farm ice cream. We are back offering our full-service ice cream now! Along with all of our ice cream flavors, we are rotating sorbet flavors. So refreshing on a hot day!
Compounding Services at 501
We offer compounding to both humans and our furry family members. Compounding is a professional pharmacy service that we are pleased to begin offering to our patients! Compounding is available for prescription items that may not be commercially available. It also offers alternative methods of treatment for kids, adults, and your pets who have trouble taking medicines that are prescribed in tablet/capsule form.
Erectile Dysfunction Tablets
We have erectile dysfunction tablets available at the pharmacy. We carry sildenafil 20mg tablets for $1.00 per tablet! Give us a call at 984-999-0501 for more information.
Autofill Prescriptions
Take the headache out of remembering to call in your maintenance medication refills. We can put your prescription on autofill and automatically fill them based upon days supply when the time is due. Contact us today to get your prescriptions on autofill.
Transferring Prescriptions
We make transferring prescriptions easy… by doing it for you! 😉 We contact your current pharmacy and facilitate transferring your prescriptions to 501 pharmacy. Let all of your friends know!
