Proud Sponsor of a Tee-rific Fundraiser!
We are proud to be a returning sponsor of the Chapel Ridge Champions‘ annual charitable golf tournament on Oct. 7, 2023! This event, which takes place at the Chapel Ridge Golf Club, is put on by a group of individuals who have been personally touched by cancer, either as survivors, caregivers, or family members.
The tournament benefits the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, whose goal is to “bring together exceptional physicians and scientists to investigate and improve the prevention, detection, and treatment of cancer in North Carolina and across the globe.” Funds raised from the golf event will be used to support the most critical areas of patient care, patient family support, and/or research.
This is just one of many campaigns the Champions put on to raise funds to research cures, assist those with cancer, and provide support for caregivers. By participating in this event, you’re also engaged in the battle against cancer—and that’s one that we are happy to be a part of!
This year’s fundraising goal for the golf tournament is $34,000. Consider donating if you can here!
