As we head into the holiday season, we want to make you aware of our upcoming hours, new vaccines, ways to save you time when you visit us, and more! Keep reading for all the details and we hope you have a happy holiday season.

Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, 2022: Closed
Black Friday, Nov. 25, 2022: Open 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 2022: Open 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2022: Closed
Boxing Day, Dec. 26, 2022: Open 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, 2022: Open 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
New Year’s Day, Jan 1, 2023: Closed
Insurance Questions
You may have received a letter in the mail over the last few months saying that 501 Pharamcy would no longer be accepting your insurance, specifically Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This is more than likely not the case. Han has confirmed with the contracting company that we DO have a contract with BCBS for the rest of the year and for next year. Please give us a call at 984-999-0501 if you have questions about your insurance and 501 Pharmacy.
Now Offering Prevnar 20
Prevnar 20 provides lasting protection against 20 strains of the bacteria that cause pneumococcal pneumonia in just one dose! Anyone can get pneumococcal pneumonia but you may be at an increased risk if you are 65 or older. You may also be at an increased risk if you are 19 or older and have suffered from conditions such as asthma, diabetes, COPD, or chronic heart disease. Flu Shots and Flu Shot Clinics
We are currently out of flu shots. Please call us at 919-590-9005 to check on availability.
Han is traveling around the county administering flu shots to local businesses. He just finished vaccinating the employees of Galloway Ridge. We Have At-Home COVID-19 Tests
We have at-home COVID-19 tests at 501 Pharmacy but are not offering in-pharmacy COVID-19 tests at this time. If you would like an in-person test, we recommend Avance Care at Briar Chapel. Han’s wife, Kristy Su is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Provider there. Give them a call at 919-590-9005.

We know you are always busy, especially during the holidays. Whether you are coming into the pharmacy or doing curbside pick-up, we recommend adding your card to have it on file.
