This day promotes family involvement in physical activity supporting one of the goals of the U.S. Surgeon General’s Report on Physical Activity and Health. Families who strive to be healthy together increase the rate of success. A healthy diet and exercise routine takes a team effort. It’s also more fun when the whole family is involved!
