The 501 Pharmacy App brings the best features of 501 Pharmacy right to the palm of your hand. With the app, you are able to manage you and your family’s medications… and save time doing it!

The app allows you to order refills, view medication profiles, and view our contact options – all from your smart device.

Have trouble remembering to take your medication? Never miss a dose by setting medication reminders directly in our app! We will alert you through the app when it is time to take your medicine.

Once you have downloaded the app, create an account by entering your last name, Rx Number, and date of birth and then you are ready to go! When you order a refill through the app we will send you a confirmation email as well as an estimated pick up time. You can also schedule to have your prescription delivered via the “drug bug” if you are in our delivery area.

501 Pharmacy is raising money for Over the Edge 2017 to benefit Special Olympics North Carolina. We need to raise $1,000 by Septemeber 30th in order to send Han rappelling down a 30-story building!

Primrose School Weekly Ice Cream Visit

Since the hot summer months started, the staff at Primrose School have been coming to visit us weekly with their children enrolled in the summer camp. They stop by for a scoop of delicious ice cream and fun with their favorite pharmacy team. We look forward to seeing these kids come every week with their laughs and smiling faces!

Meet 501 Pharmacy’s Lovable “Drug Bug”!

If you live in the Chapel Hill area, there is a good chance you have seen our 501 Pharmacy “Drug Bug” zooming around, providing our clients with fast, free prescription delivery!

Nicknamed from one of our favorite family movies, “Herbie,” if the Drug Bug is not out making a delivery, you can find it parked at home base in front of the pharmacy at 69 Knox Way, Suite 110, in Chapel Hill. Our VW Beetle is hard to miss with its Argyle racing stripe running up the side and a large helping of our tasty Maple View Ice Cream in a bowl on top of the bug and on the doors.

Get a Visit From the Drug Bug

If you live or work within a five-mile radius of 501 Pharmacy (69 Knox Way, Suite 110
Chapel Hill, NC 27516), you already qualify for free pharmacy delivery from our Drug Bug! However, if your needs fall outside of that five-mile radius, we will gladly consider your address on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us to inquire!

We know that sometimes you do not have time to make it to the pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions so we want to make it as convenient and fun for you as possible. Skip the hassle of dealing with online pharmacies and instead get the benefits of working with a local pharmacy, who also happens to offer free local delivery!

If you have an urgent need, we can even get your prescription to you that very same day. Going out of town? We can stop by before you leave. The best part is – no delivery fees! The Drug Bug loves getting out and about and we love making things easier on you!
