Han Is Doing the 2024 Polar Plunge!
The cold never bothered Han anyway… That’s right, our fearless leader is participating in the 2024 Chatham County Sheriff’s Office Polar Plunge! In addition to Han taking the plunge, 501 Pharmacy is a sponsor of this *cool* event, which takes place at Jordan Lake State Park‘s Seaforth Beach on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024.
All ticket sales support Special Olympics athletes throughout North Carolina. These individuals must brave adversities daily, in addition to challenges on the court, on the field, or in the pool. The funds from this year’s event will help provide year-round sports training and competitions, leadership opportunities, and health services to these athletes.
Participants are encouraged to continue fundraising after signing up, and can register as individuals or as a group. Raise at least $50 and you’ll even get a 2024 Polar Plunge T-shirt, which features such fun slogans as “Stay Cool” and “Let’s Get Chilly!”
