How It’s Done

When washing hands, make sure you use soap, antibacterial preferred. Then scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds, and don’t forget to get under those fingernails! They hold a lot of bacteria and can go overlooked. Grab a paper towel, as disposable drying methods are cleaner than a cloth towel, dry your hands completely, and then turn off the water. Damp hands can spread 1000 times more bacteria. Be sure not to cough or sneeze in your hands and wash at least once every one-to-two hours.

It’s important to stay cautious of touching your face and mask as this is the quickest way for germs to find their way in.

We Are Here For You!
